Where are we located? TOP I am a WAHM and I am located in Pflugerville, Texas. How long will it take to receive my jewelry? TOP Each piece is handcrafted. We typically take about 2-3 weeks to assemble and ship an order. During the busy seasons (Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day) it may take longer. Please keep the current shipping time in mind when placing your order. If you are ever un-sure if an item will be shipped in time for a special holiday or gift, please call or email. I will try my best to appease the situation. We do have rush order shipping available for $20 at checkout. The extra fee allows your order to be bumped to the top of our list and ship out with in 2-5 business days. It will then ship priority mail (2-3 days in the US). If I live locally and would prefer to pick up my order, can that be arranged? TOP Yes, it can! There is a shipping option available just for you...Simply choose LOCAL PICK-UP & I will contact you to arrange either us to meet of for you to pick up your order. Do you take Custom Orders? TOP Yes! If you ever see a product, design, or color & you would like to know the availability of it in another choice...Please contact me. Every piece is handcrafted and can be made to fit your needs. Will my item be exactly as displayed? TOP I strive to make each item as beautiful and perfect as the last. Keep in mind computer resolution may vary, stones, pictures, and necklaces may appear darker or brighter in person. Will letters be perfectly stamped in a straight line? TOP No, each letter is individually hand stamped, making it impossible to get the letters perfectly straight. The slightly off set letters add to the charm of a hand stamped piece! Please expect a variance from our pictures as every piece is different. What forms of payment do you accept? TOP We currently accept Credit Cards or Pay Pal.
NOTE: Your order cannot be processed until payment is received. Do you accept international orders? TOP At the present moment, we only ship throughout the US and Canada. My necklace is tarnishing, what do I do? TOP Sterling silver naturally tarnishes, especially in humid conditions. You can use a sunshine cloth to clean your jewelry up in a snap. Storing your piece in an airtight plastic baggie will help it to not tarnish. What are the different types of Clasps that can be used? TOP
Can I add a gift note? TOP Of course! Just tell us you need a note and what you would like it to say in the extra notes box. How can I contact you? We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us. Any information obtained from you is collected in an effort to provide the best customer service, and to inform you of products and promotions. What is your shipping policy? TOP We ship all of our items through the USPS. Once your order is filled you should allow two to three weeks before you receive your item. Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted and your order cannot be processed till we receive your payment. Do you refund or exchange products? TOP
We want you to be totally happy with your order, but we can not give refunds on custom orders. If there is a problem please contact us immediately. If the error was our mistake, we will fix it immediately. If the error was not our mistake, and you are just disatisfied with the product or the font you chose, then the piece is yours to keep. We cannot remake or partially refund without the original piece returned. |
